Great partner in the community. Insurance is complicated, you should have a professional review coverage with you once a year. The extra few dollars to have a licensed professional to make sure you understand your coverage is worth every penny.

I agree with a few previous reviews I tried working with this company and their vendor Auto-Owners for approximate for years. I believe in loyalty and staying with a company when they are taken care of business for you, but not this company. Yes when you call the office they were not customer service friendly at all or they do not return phone calls .
