I agree with a few previous reviews I tried working with this company and their vendor Auto-Owners for approximate for years. I believe in loyalty and staying with a company when they are taken care of business for you, but not this company. Yes when you call the office they were not customer service friendly at all or they do not return phone calls . I bundled my house and car , emails were not returned either in a timely manner .Canceled my auto last year and it took them over 30 days to work on it which caused me not to g... read more
Spoke with someone on the phone that was very rude, she would not listen but kept talking over me. I wanted to direct her to the right person she needed to speak with to address her concern. She just sounded like an angry person frustrated with her job. I gave her my name but when I asked her to give me hers again she hung up.
This company has not yet learned the importance of timely communication. I have called them by phone numerous times, left voicemails and send Emails and yet they failed to even attempt to return the courtesy. This is not how you want to do business.....
Our business has been a client for 6 or 7 years. The service from this agency has been amazingly reliable. Everyone on the team that we work with is so professional. I highly recommend this agency to any small business.
