Best upholstery experience EVER! I was a new customer: Mr. Turner stitched up a ripped leather chair cushion on the spot, ( no appt.) AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME!! I’ll never go to another upholsterer again.
Initially nice on the phone, but no response since, after leaving 2 messages. Assume they don't want my business.
We could not get a return message with a quote or date. Followed up twice after sending photos and they still have not gotten back to us. This review had nothing to do with Steve Cooper. I contacted you in January 2022 regarding an office chair and followed up twice to get a quote. I followed up with Amber by phone and text twice and at the time of the review had not received a quote for the work.
