We have used the Turner Troxell Group for two separate projects - 1.) kitchen reno and redesign; 2.) three-story addition (living space, mudroom, master bath/closet) - and have been thrilled with the entire process (including design) and results. They truly become like family while maintaining professionalism and keeping our goals, needs, and timeline in mind. We had high hopes after contacting Turner Troxell. Doug missed our first appointment. After the second appointment our hopes were renewed. Several follow up calls & emails and we finally gave up trying to work with this firm. We feel insulted that no one from the firm had the decency to even get back to us on our project. If, for some reason, you're not interested, at least have the decency to let us know.
We are very happy with our kitchen renovation, mudroom, and finished basement. The crew was like family when they were here for three months, polite and professional and just great to be around! Thanks Turner team!
