I live in an area that has poor to no cellphone reception. Turner Transmissions was made aware of this detail when servicing my vehicle. Up to the point where they got approval to do the job, Rebecca, the office manager, communicated with me by email, but after that, no, and the answer she gave me was that she had too many emails.
