Travelling through Colorado, we had an alarm go off in my new 2025 Toyota Tundra. It was very anoying and we called the service at the dealer where I bought it and the emergency roadside assistence and nobody could not figure out what it was. We went to Turner Toyota which was the nearest Toyota dealership and even though the technicians had all gone home for the day, 3 different sales managers and the office manager all chipped in to try to figure it out. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They messed up my oil change and it was leaking oil and then they said they did the recall, but they didn’t . When I took it to another Toyota dealership they had to redo everythingTurner did. Avoid using this place for servicing your vehicle at all cost.
My car was there from late May to early August, the key wouldn’t turn over and no local mechanics could fix it so I had to go to a Toyota dealership. I ended up having to get the ignition column replaced and a new battery, $2,000 later I picked it up at and had about a 3 hour drive back home. They didn’t tell me that my headlight was out so while driving home I got pulled over and got a ticket, the aux function that I had installed into the stereo is no longer working and a month later the new battery completely died.
