Worst experience I’ve ever had. They messed up my oil change and it was leaking oil and then they said they did the recall, but they didn’t . When I took it to another Toyota dealership they had to redo everythingTurner did. Avoid using this place for servicing your vehicle at all cost.

My car was there from late May to early August, the key wouldn’t turn over and no local mechanics could fix it so I had to go to a Toyota dealership. I ended up having to get the ignition column replaced and a new battery, $2,000 later I picked it up at and had about a 3 hour drive back home. They didn’t tell me that my headlight was out so while driving home I got pulled over and got a ticket, the aux function that I had installed into the stereo is no longer working and a month later the new battery completely died. Very poor service for $79. I had driven my Prius from Missouri and stopped by Turner Toyota in Montrose, CO to have the fluids checked before I headed further west. They made it sound that without an appt, it would take hours before they could look at my car. Thirty minutes later, a technician says everything looks fine. I later saw when I popped the hood that the coolant levels for the hybrid system were still at the L. The only reason they got one star is because I asked them to put air in my tires.
