Great service again from their service team. Never a disappointment! 2025 update...Again Carlton and the service department went above and beyond on repairs of my Hummer. Another reason I only have all my vehicles serviced there!!! Thank You!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The department installed a part incorrectly — one bolt was completely missing, another was jammed, and a separate piece was left loose. To make things worse, they managed to scratch the back bumper during the process. This kind of careless work and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. I trusted this team with my vehicle, and now I have to pay to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this service department to anyone.

I wish I could give zero star review. I spent over $1000 trying to buy a sequoia from these guys. Zack left us with Daniel and zero communication as he left out of town. 3 red flags 1. Almost 4,000 miles more than advertised, how would you like to show up to pick up the car and there is 4,000 more miles than you expected. We were told a perk of working there is you can drive the cars. So the sales bro drove it all over the country apparently. They did zero to help or compensate. 2.
