I had to go to the oral surgeon because Dr Tom botched an extraction…and still charged me for it !! A week later and I’m still in jaw pain. Extremely disappointed.
Sorry Did not have the experience to have the doctor take care of me, unfortunately the person answering calls is rude and dismissive. Sad that professionals loose business because they hired the wrong people at the front desk.
