Placed a phone order Thursday 8/20. Gave credit info, was approved and charged. Salesman told me it would not be ready until Tuesday the 25th. at 10:00. While on my way, because of covid protocol, i call there, and no one can find my order. I have a receipt from my transaction on my phone's bank statement. After being switched from dept to dept, sales finds the order under a different name! Tells me come to the front door. It's locked, i call back, the game begins again with the transfers. I went to Turner Steel last week with measurements for a piece of Channelled steel. I was told that they would get back to me with a quote. A week went by without hearing back. I called this morning and was told they would not be able to make what I needed but could sell me the pieces and we could weld them together. I agreed and told them I would come pick the pieces up.
