I rarely ever write reviews, but even a month later I am still finding broken items and realizing things are missing, so I felt it was important to warn others. Moving companies are trusted with people’s homes and personal belongings, things that often can’t be replaced. At a minimum, they should provide reliability, honesty, and clear communication. I get no satisfaction in leaving a negative review, however, my experience with Turner & Sons moving was so bad, I feel others need to think twice before hiring Robert. I also want to note that I take responsibility for not doing more research before hiring him. I am not going to rehash every single detail, but I do want to lay out several issues. We scheduled a move with this company, and on the day of our scheduled move, they canceled without any prior notice. No one followed up with us to provide updates or rescheduling options. We requested proof of insurance to ensure our valuable belongings would be covered, but that was never provided. They are a legit business and did a great job moving our heavy items. There was no damage done to anything and they moved pretty quickly which was highly appreciated. Me and my woman highly recommend them!

These gentlemen saved my ENTIRE move from FL to OH. I had my mover cancel on me last minute and these guys did not hesitate to step in and take care of business. Not only were they some of the nicest people I’ve met in town, they were fast and efficient, unloading my entire 1 bedroom apartment in the span of less than an hour. Stairs? No problem. Heavy stuff? They got your back. If you’re planning a move do NOT use anyone else for your needs. Would give 10/5 stars if I could.
