Really disappointed in Turner Sanitation. After asking for a dig crew to dig up our septic tank access hole upon making the appointment, Turner only sent one gentleman. We quickly learned that he needed a second guy to dig as he promptly left and told us to reschedule. We called Turner and asked if they could accommodate us since we already took off time from work to wait for the 3 hour window. Thankfully they were able to do so (Thank you, again!).
