Mike was great from the first phone call to getting my new converter to my door. He answered any follow up questions and stayed in touch for the core return. He is also a wealth of knowledge on any questions you may have and knowing others to help answer if he doesn’t know. The package arrived well packed and unaffected by shipping. Turner took on my rebuild when no other transmission shops would. It's a racing transmission. He is also going to upgrade a few components so that it's even stronger than it was. I was looking at buying a new converter from him, but he said he would upgrade my converter to reach my goals. That's going to save me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this place.
