After having a couple negative experiences with plumbers I have to praise Justine(I think that's his name) for his wonderful customer service and great work.
The Turner team is polite, professional, well priced and responsive. We were amazed as to how quickly they were able to help us with a sewage pipe blockage (within 2 hours!). In the last city we lived in, we could not get a plumber for several days. Plumber (Chris Thomas) is exceptional - highly experienced, professional, friendly and so efficient. This is our second experience with Turner (and Chris). We will not go elsewhere.
Useless. Gave my poor dad the ring-a-round when we needed our bathroom facet fixed badly, it is our only shower for four people. Guy told my dad, before even assessing the tap, before evening coming within 10 feet of our house, that he might not even be able to fix it. Then gave my dad date a day in which he’ll call before he comes. Everyone waited all day, taking turns around the phone, he never called. Ever. Thanks to the Team at Turners, both young and old. Have used their services for over 20 years and have found them to be honest, practical and hard working. Thanks for looking after complicated projects especially during the winter months.
