Called for an issue with a toilet drain on Wednesday, and was told plumber would be out next day. Plumber came out told us it was a pinhole leak and they would be back the following Tuesday to fix. Tuesday came and went. No Call No Show. Called Wednesday morning and was told they got busy but we would be seen that day. Again No Call No Show. Toilet drain still broken after waiting a week for nothing
My only experience with this business was an interaction I had driving next to and then behind their marked business vehicle. They merged into my lane on an icy road without indication, then later switched lanes again without indication. It was a 1 star experience.
Apparently returning phone calls for service is not this companies strong point. Called this company for help with an issue and never received a call back and was told I would have to talk to the General Service person "Jeff Wood" who is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Was told by this guy what they "would not be coming at all" to help. Company seems very unorganized and not helpful whatsoever.
After having a couple negative experiences with plumbers I have to praise Justine(I think that's his name) for his wonderful customer service and great work.
