Sounds nice on phone but does sub standard work. Paid thousands for crap workmanship. After waiting weeks for whatever reasons I finally called NYSEG and started the process myself to have the power disconnected. Two days after that I heard back from Turner electric with an install date that never happened. I was told it was a NYSG delay, when I called NYSEG they said the electrician rescheduled. Turner finally came in a week later on a cold day and did a crap job hooking up my generator transfer switch and installing a brea... read more

To start with they got right back to me and let me know they had a busy schedule, but they could see me inside a month and from what I heard from everyone who recommended him was well worth the wait the lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and concise With taking my information and understanding exactly what I needed to have done she seemed very knowledgeable and had a contagious laugh to boot .
