Carol is the absolute best. I started going to her soon after I moved to Janesville 3 years ago after I had many problems with all of the local nail salons in town. Carol recognized that I was new to town and took it upon herself to also befriend me and she’s the reason I stayed in Janesville. I’m writing this review because I find it completely unacceptable & unprofessional how Carol treated my mother who has been a regular customer of hers for over 4yrs, drives 20min to have her nails & hair done regularly every 6wks and is a senior! I came to town to visit my mother and she tried to book me a nail appt with Carol, who was not available for the day I needed, but Carol recommended one of her former students who is an independent manicurist in her building. Carol is the best, so professional, and does a fantastic job with nails! Sydney from Hair and Back is also in the same building and fantastic job, as well.
Carol was fantastic as usual She always works to give her clients great care, and if she doesn't have that perfect color, she creates something just for you.
COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had went to Carol for over 13 years and over the past year she was repeatedly late for my appointments (10 minutes or so). So, I finally worked up the courage and asked her if I should just start coming 10-15 minutes after my scheduled time. Her response, "or just cancel" and then proceeded to get up, walked away, went into another room and shut the door.
