When looking at a lot on the Lake at Chitwood Farms, we noticed a home that was just completed that had a partially exposed drainage pipe that emptied onto the surface of the lot we were interested in. First red flag. I was concerned about that issue and whether a house could even fit on the lot we were looking at.
