Totally and completely unprofessional. Met with an agent named Carl Stickeler who from the beggining was unprofessional. He showed up thirty minutes late to show me and overpriced space that wasn’t even cleaned up or ready for a proper walk thru, there was tons of storage from another retail space everywhere in this space not to mention poor visibility from all angles of the store front. He also lied to me saying the space hasn’t had a tenant for only the last 4 months which is flat out a lie the same space I’ve seen online ... read more
