Our family (plus extended family) has been using Turner Automotive for many years. They are very honest and upfront. They always give different options for repairs and, at all times, have our family's safety in mind. If Al needs to explain a repair, he will call up and have me come in to be able to show me exactly what he seeing and what can be done. We will never use another mechanic. Al, Jill, James, Tracey, and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic.
Brought my truck in for safety, they found that my transmission was acting up. I was in the middle of selling my truck so i am safetying it. The buyer ends up calling the shop and asked how it went. According to the mechanic “truck was on its last legs there are so many codes, blown cats etc” criticized my truck so much and said he did not proceed on inspecting the truck as the trans is shot.
