The clerk at the front desk is very rude. I have a warranty through silver rock and once mentioned you can tell she was irritated because the representative did not explain the process in order to get my claim filed. As she was explaining the process I had questions and the fact she had to repeat herself multiple times made her grow even more frustrated.
