I have used him for about 30 years. He is excellent unfortunately he says he’s closed right this minute, but I don’t know if that’s a permanent or temporary situation.
The customer service is fantastic! I called and left a message to schedule an appointment for a concern I had with my refrigerator. When I received a call back, I was expecting the usual explanation of how much the trip charge would be to diagnose the problem. Instead, I received the most genuine call back asking for more details about my problem. Called on a Monday morning,had repair completed before noon.Very satisfied with all aspects of service.Would highly recommend.
He was so helpful & honest about the problem. Will definitely call again in the future!
