My experiences have all been better than I had expected. The staff are friendly, empathetic and efficient. Reaching out can make a person feel volatile, the staff go out of their way to put your mind at ease. Would highly recommend.

Worst experience, Paul acts like a big shot promising the world then when cant get the job done he will disappear without any call back and when you do speak to him he will telll you, you should help yourself. My wife and I had been trying to do some refinancing for 3 or 4 months. Both retired and on modest incomes, we wanted to take care of some financial matters related to substantial loans we had made to family members, but which we were never repaid. This dug us into a hole. My wife's credit rating was stellar, mine was marginally below the threshold banks look for.
