We called this company to replace the seal under the toilet. The visit started out fine. Rick the plumber seemed to do a good job. Our toilet was made in 1963 and has been meticulously cared for and in pristine condition. The plumber said our toilet was old and should be replaced. Within hrs of him leaving the toilet would no longer flush, the water was within an inch of overflowing. I called the lady at the front desk and boy was she rude!!! Glen and his son came to my 90 year old mother's house within 20 minutes after her call. He fixed the issue shortly after arriving. Roto Rooter had been there the day before for 5 hours and couldn't fix it. Next time call Turnbull first time.
the woman who answered the phone is very rude, she hung up the phone because she can't understand the address.
