I am posting pictures of what I ordered (exotic arrangement) and what my Daughter in law got for her first child, my precious Grandson - from me!!! It represents ME! It is so embarrassing, I will never send that kind o flowers to anyone! It is completely inferior and gives a completely wrong message! Thank God I asked to see what was delivered so I could explain... I ordered flowers through flowershopping.com, but the actual delivered arrangement was made by Turnbull Flowers. Always great service and good quality arrangements. I’ve been sending flowers to my mother for many many years from B.C. will continue to use for many years to come.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral with a budget of $100. With tax and delivery it cost 133.34. I asked for the arrangement to have plants and was told it would include tropical flowers. I was embarrassed and humiliated by the arrangement that Turnbull Flowers provided. It looked like a bit of grass with a couple of small house plants and an orange metal butterfly on a stick that looked like it was from the dollar store. IM NOT SURE WHERE THIS BUSINESS IS ACTUALLY LOCATED...They make it look like they have a store front but when I went there, this business is NOT ON Richmond St anymore...very very sketchy....looks like they are operating out of a garage.
