Turnbow RE has become non responsive and non communicative for our property management needs and will not return calls, emails or mail. We have terminated their services for the 4 single family residence homes she has managed for us since 2020,. She owes us explanations on accounting and she owes us rental income. She has expenses on our account that we did not approve repairs. WE ISSUE HIGH WARNINGS TO NOT USE THE RE AGENCY FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Honestly I made a review when I first moved in and I deleted because they were showing good faith but Brittany should not be the manager because when I tell you unprofessional is her. I called her over a month ago and she has still not gotten back to me. These 8 apt have internal issues instead of makin sure the apts were ready to be rented they just put BLACK people in this bullding just to be done dealing with it.
