Mr. Turnbow first came to my home last year to repair a valve and replace a sprinkler head Earlier this year I had another valve go out which he claims to have replaced. It lasted two rounds before it stopped working. I called Mr. Turnbow and scheduled an appointment for late April, (I believe). He called me on the day he was to come by to tell me that he had to deal with a tree that fell in his yard. That was the last I heard from him.
