I lived here for two years and its a shame how downhill this place went in my time living here. Maintenance requests used to get fulfilled the same day they were placed. When I moved out, it would take multiple days for maintenance requests to be fulfilled. Turnberry will also try to keep as much of your security as they can. Charging for routine wear and tear, mandatory carpet cleaning charges, and mandatory dumpster fees.
