Очень очень странный дом и менеджмент. Столько лет боролись якобы с коррупционным президентом. Его отстранили. Результат - HOA выросла в 1,5 раза, бассейн постоянно грязный, карпы сдохли, зачем-то сняли боксерскую грушу в беседке. В доме все чаще и чаще появляются стремные жильцы. При этом из заметных улучшений - это возможность бесплатно пожарить барбекю и бассейн сделали теплее (но при этом плохо чистят). Постоянно вводят новые ограничивающие правила, которые мешают жильцам жить. Зачем?
