Geat service today! My 2011 Fusion developed an urgent situation with the rear brakes today. I called mid morning and Duane booked me in immediately with no hesitation. Linden serviced my brakes, working very neatly and efficiently. He paid attention to all the details, and changed out a hard-to-access headlight bulb on the spur of the moment, even though I hadn't booked time in for that. I highly recommend this shop.
Nice people, but trust became broken. On the third occasion visiting shop for maintenance before a safety all in a row... they like to shut the garage door if your outside so you can't see inside. The owner told me, "Well...you might have to come back again, it won't pass the safety because of rear rotors". Meanwhile they had the tires off time prior and seen rotors, plus I had new replacement ones in car that day if needed which I had already returned.
