My Kohler whole house generator was not working. I called Turn 2Electric & was promptly connected to some one who said Chase would be in touch soon. I was experiencing a low voltage issue with our Generac 22KW, whole house generator. Luckily I called Turn2! I spoke with Chase on the phone, we scheduled for the following day. Chase arrived on time, with all the appropriate troubleshooting equipment, ready to work. He read the error code and explained what the two most like causes were and a ballpark price for each. We had our Generac generator installed by Chase & Eddie and we could not be happier. They both were knowledgeable and easy to work with. From the beginning, meeting Brandon the owner and Chase we felt at ease. Chase explained and answered our questions clearly and simply and I don't think we ever met contractors that are so genuinely likable as Chase & Eddie. Excellent service! Chase arrived on schedule, he was very professional, and he did an excellent job fixing my generator which had not been used in years! He was very patient in showing me how to use it! I highly recommend this company! Very reasonably priced too.
