We just had a Generac 26KW generator installed. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Called them for a quote, Brandon came over the house and took time to explain our options. We had our Generac generator installed by Chase & Eddie and we could not be happier. They both were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Chase Lewis was our technician and he is exceptional! He serviced our Generac generator and left it incredibly clean and fully refreshed for another year of service! Turn2 Electric sent Chase Lewis to my house to install my new Generac Generator. I can’t say enough positive things about Chase and his work. He was polite and respectful. He engaged in conversation with me and made me feel special and important. He is a perfectionist which delighted me. When you pay as much as you pay for a generator, you want and need it to be perfect. Chase met and even exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Turn2 and Chase.
It is nice to have a reliable service person to call. We have had trouble with our whole house generator and it took some digging and patients but Chase never quit and figured out he problem. Excellent communication and workmanship. We wont hesitate to call again if needed.
