My Kohler whole house generator was not working. I called Turn 2Electric & was promptly connected to some one who said Chase would be in touch soon. In a matter of minutes, Chase was in touch & we set up a time for him to come out. Chase was very thoughtful & kept me informed as we navigated his appointment time around thunderstorms. I was experiencing a low voltage issue with our Generac 22KW, whole house generator. Luckily I called Turn2! I spoke with Chase on the phone, we scheduled for the following day. Chase arrived on time, with all the appropriate troubleshooting equipment, ready to work. He read the error code and explained what the two most like causes were and a ballpark price for each. Chase made our appointment and was professional and attentive. We use Turn2 Electric because we have a Kohler generator and Turn2 is the closest authorized dealer.. Some of Kohler's parts and software are proprietary so is best to use a authorized dealer instead of an independent generator repair company. I am comfortable knowing that a certified Kohler service person did the job
