I was experiencing a low voltage issue with our Generac 22KW, whole house generator. Luckily I called Turn2! I spoke with Chase on the phone, we scheduled for the following day. Chase arrived on time, with all the appropriate troubleshooting equipment, ready to work. He read the error code and explained what the two most like causes were and a ballpark price for each. We had our Generac generator installed by Chase & Eddie and we could not be happier. They both were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Chase has serviced both our generator and my mother's. Recently, we called to check-in because of a 'red' light. Chase scheduled a visit within 2 days with Thanksgiving just hours away. The generator was out of commission of course right in front of the first well below freezing nights. He remedied the situation in about an hour and there was no charge given the Generac warranty. He also doubled-checked other items and provided great advice. Chase is so knowledgeable and always reliable, respectful and efficient.
Chase Lewis was our technician and he is exceptional! He serviced our Generac generator and left it incredibly clean and fully refreshed for another year of service! I trust Chase and Turn2 - that’s with its weight in gold nowadays! He showed up as promised, worked efficiently and charged a great price! I highly recommend them!
