I was experiencing a low voltage issue with our Generac 22KW, whole house generator. Luckily I called Turn2! I spoke with Chase on the phone, we scheduled for the following day. We just had a Generac 26KW generator installed. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Called them for a quote, Brandon came over the house and took time to explain our options. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful. Day of the installation we received a text that the techs were on their way. Chase has serviced both our generator and my mother's. Recently, we called to check-in because of a 'red' light. Chase scheduled a visit within 2 days with Thanksgiving just hours away. The generator was out of commission of course right in front of the first well below freezing nights. He remedied the situation in about an hour and there was no charge given the Generac warranty. He also doubled-checked other items and provided great advice. Chase is so knowledgeable and always reliable, respectful and efficient.
