Turn Up Dance Fitness is a high energy dance fitness experience for all levels! We allow you to go at your own pace, while you learn fierce cardio sequences to help you build confidence & power while increasing cardiovascular endurance and overall strength. This program not only includes dance, but we also incorporate strength & HIIT training, muscle toning & strengthening using dumbells. Don't forget your yoga mat for floor work, because we also put the belly, butt, & legs to work.

I've been coming to these classes for 3 months now and I absolutely love it! I've tried so many different gyms and classes but this is the first time I've actually enjoyed working out and have noticed weight loss and muscle gain. Dance Fitness is so so fun and I definitely recommend it!!
