Was unhappy with the lack of flexibility in scheduling sessions, not very accommodating to a family with a busy schedule. The major problem has been the billing. Six months of issues. Was careful to choose a provider that we had insurance coverage for with two insurance companies. They have yet to submit the claims properly and continue to chase me for payments. Completely unprofessional.
