Ashley brings a great deal of electric energy to the Performance45 class. This is the hardest class offered at Turn and was my first spin class ever. Ashley has challenged me in that class and while coming weekly over the last year and a half, I’ve seen huge results in regard to hitting personal record goals. This review is a shoutout to Turn Ashley for bringing out the best in every workout!!
TURN Studio is more than just bikes and TRX bands; it is a vibrant community. It is a place to find community, joy, and yourself. I began my journey back to fitness and myself in late December 2023 and will be attending my 100th class today. Along with lowering my blood pressure and weight I have found a confidence. The studio looked very nice and everyone seemed very nice!! My friend and I accidentally signed up for a full body workout (the mez) not realizing what it was. I highly recommend looking at the class types before booking lol. I just wish it was more clear when booking what the class was. And because my friend and I are more spin class girlies instead of full body workout girlies, we did leave before class started. But I would go back if I was in town again to try the spin class.
Great place - awesome owner, great community, fun workouts. Highly recommend!
