Charlie performed a major service on my wife’s Sprint st 1050. He could instantly diagnose several issues that confirmed my suspicions. The same issues other shops brushed off as ‘normal’. His walk-around the bike with her lended to multiple setup changes focused on improved feel and performance. His work was outstanding as the bike rides noticeably better. Brought my Triumph here in June 2025. Charlie reported a fault that never existed, confirmed by an authorised Triumph dealer ( I had to pay an extra service to do so ). Used it to convince me to hand over a second bike. Service never properly done. No invoice, no receipt, nothing. Months of excuses, then complete silence. I gave him every chance to make it right. He chose to ignore it. Now it's with VCAT and Consumer Affairs. Make sure you get everything in writing before you hand over your bike to Charlie.
Been using Charlie for over 10 years across 2 different Triumphs. Does a great job at a fair price and doesnt "fix" anything that doesn't need fixing. A pretty rare occurrence these days. One time I dropped my bike there and he said there was nothing wrong with it, I picked it up and he didn't even charge me!
