I typically stay in the dorm bunks and they are always tidy and clean. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but I am always happy with the price.
This was the perfect lodging for my ski trip to Killington/Pico/Sugarbush/Stratton! As a solo female traveler, it's important to me to feel safe, which I absolutely did! I stayed in the Queen with private bathroom and felt right at home. The door had a good lock (inside and outside) so I always felt safe leaving my stuff for the day and sleeping at night. I found TORL while looking for an affordable option near the slopes at Killington. What a find! If you want a budget option, get a room with the shared bath. But rooms with baths are also affordable. TORL has a cozy, familiar feel. There is a boot and ski rack at the entrance, a great breakfast included, and a shared fridge to keep your groceries.
