Beautiful condo in a perfect spot. Easy walking distance to Folly Beach with its laid back beach vibe - lots of places to eat, drink, shop and chill. Lovely pier with views of the coast - fun to watch people surf, fish, relax and play on the beach.

Turn of River condominiums is a 32 unit four story building on the edge of the Folly River and a short bridge walk to Folly Beach with its many restaurants, bars and shops and of course the beach and pier. The condos are mostly three bedroom and three bath units, mostly owner or long term renter occupied but there are several short term rentals available in the building.
