Austin and his team were excellent! They were quick, efficient, and very considerate of our property. Knowing we were having a trench dug and electrical lines buried, I imagined our backyard would be a total mess, afterward. But Austin and his team did such a great job at being as minimally invasive as possible and cleaning up the work area afterward so that our backyard still looked great. Thank you, Austin, for taking such great care of us!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They move under the radar so that they don’t have to answer to the city. AT&T contracts them. I will eventually leave AT&T for doing business with a company like this. They break things and refuse to fix it. Then they pretend like they don’t speak English when you question them. If you ever see them digging around your property, call to get them removed quickly! Turn Key Utilities came out to install nearly 300ft of new service line for a shop build we did for a customer. Mitch Pappas and his crew did an excellent job all around from start to finish. They were very professional, and took their time to get it all done correctly without hitting or busting any of the many other lines they had to go under. Left the job site clean, and did what they said they were going to do. I hope to have Mitch and his guys from Turn Key Utilities back out at more of our jobs soon!
