Really enjoyed the opportunity to rent a 26ft wildwood trailer not once, but twice! It was very clean and was well outfitted for the 4 of us and the floor plan worked really well. They were also very responsive to our unexpected change in schedule! Will rent again!
This was our first camping trip in an RV, and it sure made the experience easier and therefore more time for having fun! The vehicle was very clean and in good shape. Management was very attentive, professional, and friendly, getting the RV rented and keys in our hands on the days we needed. We just completed our first but not our last rental from Turnkey. We had an easy time reserving a little R-Pod that was easily towed with our EV, a Rivian R1S. It was ready to go when we arrived with the fridge and freezer already cold! It was clean and everything worked. We had a great time and are looking forward to our next rental from Turnkey.
First time renting an RV! We had unit 18W. The trip was smooth* and the staff at Turn Key were there for me every time I encountered something odd. Thanks to Laurie in the office for the walkthrough and to Leonard on the phone for his friendly troubleshooting. *There were a few small hiccoughs along the way, including a refrigerator that had trouble maintaining temp, and a leak from the grey water.
Easy communications, nice RV trailer and rental experience for the second year in a row. Thank you for making our guests’ visit enjoyable!
