The people associated with Turn Key RV are amazing. They made the rental of the RV real easy. They were also flexible because we had a change in plans the day before we left due to illnesses with our grandkids we were going to visit. Since I'm a first time RV renter/user, I got very good instructions on the "how to" of the RV that made the hook up at the camp site really easy and no problems. Have just completed our most recent rental with Turnkey RV and it was once again a very easy rental process - making our trip that much more enjoyable. From the initial inquiry and reservation through picking up the unit, Eleanor and her team are easy to reach, responsive, and quick to answer all of our questions. We didn't have any issues while on the road this trip, but know the team was available if any issues did come up.

First off, I want to say that I have rented from several RV companies and I have used an RV service like Air BnB. The customer service was outstanding and the best I have used EVER, Lori was knowledgeable and great to work with. From one business owner to another business, I really appreciate how incredibly professional they are, their knowledge and how nice the unit was. I have already booked again for my next horse show! Recommend them 100!

We absolutely love renting from them. Did several times in the past they've always gone above and beyond to make sure we have an amazing experience. Their length of time in the industry shows in their preparedness and their ability to plan for the unexpected. I highly recommend working with Turnkey RV. And if you've got the rv bug, like I did for the first 8 rvs that I owned, I would suggest it's far better to rent unless you are a full time R Ver. We needed an extra bedroom for a family gathering and rented a trailer for several days. It worked out great! Pick up was a breeze. Friendly staff, good explanations, easy hook-up, and all questions answered. Smooth haul with my F150 and easy return. Though we did not travel far, the extra bedroom was a hit. Very comfortable and convenient. Would definitely rent again.
