Had a house put in a few years ago... Giving them a 2 star only due to the house is actually there. Other than that it has to be the worse and cheapest house built. Nothing is straight, I have lights that have just stopped working even after replacing the entire fixture, roof has leaked constantly due to improper shingling. 3+ years later in still chasing leaks, creaks and cracks. TurnKey will steal your money!!!! If you are not 100% well versed in building houses TurnKey will steal your money. I had TurnKey out for a site visit that required a $500 deposit, okay cool. Turns out the receipt they gave me says the $500 is for drawings. Long story short the estimate wasn’t in our budget and Ena wasn’t putting much effort into helping us meet our budget, it almost seemed like they were price gouging us intentionally so they didn’t have to do the work.
