TurnKey will steal your money!!!! If you are not 100% well versed in building houses TurnKey will steal your money. I had TurnKey out for a site visit that required a $500 deposit, okay cool. Turns out the receipt they gave me says the $500 is for drawings. Great homes on display. Ask for Ena, she is extremely helpful!!
Not buying a house from these guys, but they are putting one in next to my house. It's a good size lot, but their not leaving any room for privacy... plus they are just burying concrete instead of actually removing it. Maybe a different experience if your on board from start to finish
