I have been using this technician for 4 years now. I moved out of metuchen and I still use him. He's honest, communicates well and very reasonable pricing. Once he tried to save me money by recommending that my warranty should cover the repairs based on the model and year of the car rather than him charging after doing a diagnostic check for me prior to starting the repairs

i came for a simple tire repair with a screw/nail stuck in my tire. however, when i showed up the man at the front immediately said no, using the excuse “we are closed” when the shop closes at 6pm, and i showed up well before that. after i showed him my tire, he expected me to pay $50 for a tire repair. after explaining to him my family has paid $15 in the past, he refused service and continued to use the excuse “we are closed” and “i am not a mechanic.” overall, the experience was not pleasant at all and the man was upcharg... read more
