Steve and Turn is awesome! He was able to replace several outlets and switches within a couple hours of calling and his price was less than other quotes received. I will always use Steve for all my electric needs!
Steve came and diagnosed my problem instantly. I am remodeling my house and his electrician was not able to fix the broken circuits and lights. 5 stars. I will use Steve in the future.
Unreliable service. They canceled on me the first time without notice and rescheduled for the next week. When they finally did show up, they were unprepared and had to leave to buy parts. A simple job turned into a two-day ordeal. Wouldn’t use them again.
Poor workmanship. They installed several new outlets in our home, and one was already sparking within days. I tried calling multiple times to report it and get it fixed—no response. Terrible follow-up and customer service.
Not worth the money. I hired them for a panel upgrade and was quoted a certain price, but when the invoice came, it had several hidden fees. I asked for clarification, and they gave me vague excuses. Definitely not transparent or trustworthy.
