Never buy a car from them. Ashley is horrible. When I called to speak to the owner Jacob she refuse to let me speak to them. They sold me a lemon. The engine was no good and the tranny was slipping. I only had the car a year and a half and had more problems then I should have. That's a 20k car I bought from them. Once you purchase the car and leave there office it's like hell. There customer service sucks. They are unprofessional people. I tried to message Jacob and never got a response back.

Been a month since I gotten my car and tags expired, when I call everyone ignores me and sends you to VM and I can't drive my car. ask for a extension on temporary tag and they said no. so if you want to buy a car and not drive it, after temp expired this is the place. very unprofessional and no help. better off doing title a registration yourself. this is my experience. !!STAY AWAY!! Extremely poor customer service. Representative hung up on me when I called to check the status of my credit application! I submitted a credit app last Saturday and have been getting the run around ever since. They have requested the same documents multiple times after I’ve already sent them. If you are from out of state STAY AWAY. The price of the vehicle has increased by 10k since my initial inquiry! Very shady
