Dropped in for a workout and was thoroughly impressed! Tony was a great coach: attentive, provided quality feedback on form and gave positive encouragement throughout the WOD to everyone. The community at the gym was great too. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

I been here at this gym for over 6 months now… the best environment, the best coaches, they are truly like family to everyone… extremely grateful for this amazing gym and people!
