My Visit at Turmeric One of my favorite Indian restaurants in the bay area. Excellent service and I had a great time and enjoyed the setting as well as the food. Roach Buffet...mmmm Used to go here until we saw roaches running around the buffet table. Hey, maybe some people like that...extra protein. Lets just say we haven't been back. I saw they closed and reopenned..not sure what is up with that.
Delicious spicy indian food with great customer service – I have been to Turmeric three times already. I just love this place. The food is so tasty and full of flavors...its defintely one of a kind in comparision to all the other indian restaurants in the bay area. The food was spicy which was a surprise especially when they cater to loads of non-indians coming in to dine. I guess they make it spicy for the indian folks only. Turmerik is now Turmeric Restaraunt. This is not your average Indian lunch buffet. The dishes are full of complex spices & rich sauces. No curry cliches here. Good variety of meat & vegetarian choices too. Elegant setting upstairs, off the street.
