I arrive at the facility and Shelly was very helpful. The place looks immaculate. She gave me the confidence that my stuff was gonna be safe and if I needed anything, Shelly was going to be there to help me out in any way. I will recommend this place.
NO NEED TO LOOK FURTHER!! Hands down this is the absolute BEST Storage facility I've ever dealt with and I'm 40 something so you know. What sets this place apart from previous facilities would be the quality customer service. Shelly is the queen of this place and she runs the business with the customer at its heart. As opposed to profit which just churns out customer after customer who has no staying power. It's customer service with common sense and commen decency. Thank you Shelly!
