I used them to tow my go kart trailer after the axle broke. They mentioned they could repair the axle with a new leaf sprung axle. I agreed and paid over $2000 for the repairs. I found out when having the trailer serviced that the axle was too short and rubbing against the inner wall of the wheel arch of the trailer and was not to standard. When I took it back and asked them to fix it, the washed their hands of it and said that because I didn't return it within 6 months, it's no longer their problem. Both the towing team and the mechanics were extremely professional and made the entire process completely stress free. Our clutch stopped functioning around 8.30pm, and they were there within 20 minutes. Super friendly staff and flexible with payments through Afterpay (and other payment plans), with the tow charge being paid when the car was repaired, instead of on the night.
