One of our cars needed body work after a crash. I asked for a referral in a local Facebook group. Turk’s Auto body was mentioned several times, especially in reference to being helpful with insurance claims. After our personal experience this last month, I highly recommend Turk’s. They had the insurance adjuster come out several times and took care of all the paperwork. They even released the car before all insurance money came in, just so that we could start driving it again. Willing to run a towing service and tow your vehicle but not willing to let you pay your bill because of a holiday. Not exactly sure what kind of business this actually is or how they managed to land a state police contract but I would never call them for anything if you want punctual customer service

Great collision repair work by John and team. Hopefully won’t need to be back but if I do, this is the body shop to go to. Would ignore the negative reviews that are about towing, not the body shop itself.
John took great care of me and fixed the damage done to my car without issue and promptly this past fall. I will be taking my business to Turks always.
