Got new front door with side lights. I have had to ring customer services because of marks appearing between the glass in both side lights also glass in the 1/2 door they have all been replaced a number of times due time this problem. I sent photos on the 5th June 2025 when the same problem happened again. Heard nothing. I rang customer services again on 8th August to find out why they hadn't replied to email. Windows and door quality are not great at all, no interest in dealing with complaints either.
Excellent service from Turkington Windows from the initial enquiry and visit to their Showroom in Portadown (dealt with Tim). Quote was fully detailed with drawings and descriptions, follow up survey by Chris to get exact measurements and then the install crew (Tony & David) who's work was excellent, clearly very experienced in what they do.. they done an extremely tidy job replacing 5 windows and a rear door. Great communication throughout, put everything in writing and we're the best price out of 3 quotes we got. Well done... read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE! This is my property after one day. The damages caused by turkington windows and conservatories. 1 window 100 mill too small. When I spoke to turkington "how would I know?" Because you put a 100 mill piece of plastic over the window. Not one single window was measured correctly. I had a manager come out to my property to view the damages, who begged us not to seek costs via court. Turkington have refunded me the full amount. Turkington installed a new front door for us. This was done very well, however they offered the option of a wooden door step instead of pvc, for extra. This was a disaster. Twice people came to install it, first time it was measured incorrectly so they had to leave it. Second time the guy came and during the install asked me for sanding paper. The way it was installed was poor. There was a large gap from where the door was installed to where it meets the floor and the installer didn't fill it, he just used 2 packers, this me... read more
