These people who run this should be investigated. They refuse to do anything maintenance. I have had to hold rent twice now. Once when I first moved in because they lied and told me they spread and cleaned out all the bugs LIE! We weren't in our home 7 days and the issue took my personal money and 6 month, We got taken to court. And they chose to "fix" the problem outside of the court room by letting us take care of the problem. Plumbing is a disaster. No cold water in the front bathroom and my kitchen sink leaks.
