SECRETARY VERY RUDE AND NASTY. TOLD ME TURKEL WAS NOT INTERESTED IN TAKING MY CASE WITH LITTLE TO NO INFORMATION THEN HUNG UP ON ME AND BLOCKED ME FOR NO REASON. Very happy that I dodged that bullet!
