If I could give a negative rating I would. I paid Lindsey for a case but she never followed up with me. After a month and many calls/texts, I informed her via text I retained another attorney due to the fact she never answered or returned my calls. I also requested via text and email a refund of the monies I paid. Finally she responded by text stating she would draft a bill and refund what is left of my retainer. I have worked with Ms. Turk on several cases and can say she is exceptionally talented, well-rounded, and viscious in zeal for her clients. Lindsey is not only a rare talent as a legal writer (I have practiced since 2004 and taken hundreds of cases to trial), she is passionate about results.....a rare gem in my humble opinion.
