Turk Custom Homes completed by extensive renovation about 2 years ago. My project was quite complicated to completely redesign and renovate a 1912 Hyde Park Tampa home into a Key West style stunner.( see photos of Rome Ave on the Turk website) I interviewed several contractors and when I met Kurt and Branden I knew they were the perfect fit for my project. Unprofessional, lacking communication, and will waste your time. My husband and I requested a quote for a sizable renovation. Kurt the owner came out to look at the project and he was supposed to speak to some of his people and get back to us. After a month of not hearing anything, I had to reach out to Kurt twice, to finally get a response that “they are too busy and need to bow out”. We will be happy to spend our $100k or more elsewhere.
